Hanfleben hemp nuts: Plant-based source of omega 3 and 6 fatty acids


Hemp nuts form in the flowers of the hemp plant. They are also often referred to as hemp seeds, but belong to the genus of nut fruits and are therefore correctly called hemp nuts.

Our shelled Hanfleben hemp nuts have a size of 3 to 4 millimeters and are brown to green-grey. Hemp nuts are full of good ingredients: protein, omega-3 and 6 fatty acids, trace elements, vitamins. A little nut that is a real nutrient booster for the body. Hemp nuts are a natural alternative to dietary supplements, especially for people who eat vegan or vegetarian food and therefore cannot easily cover their need for omega 3 and 6 fatty acids. Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids are also commonly considered marine fatty acids as they are mainly found in fish. Hemp nuts are one of the few plant-based sources of omega 3 and 6 fatty acids.

Hemp nuts have a positive effect on health, they strengthen the immune system, support healing processes in the body, have a detoxifying and anti-inflammatory effect, are positive for cholesterol levels, skin and hair. Hemp seeds can also rebalance an elevated pH level.
